Established in 2022, the PR Power List honours and honours the accomplishments of PR and communications professionals from a variety of industries throughout the previous 12 months. Israel-Ayide stated: “Being included in the 2024 PR Power List is a humbling recognition of the hard work and dedication my team and I have put into our craft.

“It will motivate us to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence in the PR industry,” he added.

The PR Power List selection process was carefully crafted, with a special jury comprised of a mix of worldwide and local perspectives. This allowed for a thorough assessment of the nominees’ accomplishments, which in turn increased the list’s legitimacy.

Additionally, Andras Sztaniszlav, a jury member and CEO of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO PR), stated: “I’m deeply impressed by the calibre of talent and the remarkable contributions of the Nigerian PR professionals shortlisted. It is a privilege to be part of the process that recognises and celebrates their exceptional work.”

However, in addition to recognising individual accomplishments, the PR Power List shows how the PR sector in Nigeria is becoming more and more significant. It draws attention to the profession’s critical role in constructing brands, developing narratives, and encouraging meaningful communication across diverse societal groups.
