Leading food, feed, and fibre agribusiness Olam Agri in Nigeria has proven its unshakeable dedication to improving the lives of its workers and their families. The agribusiness hosted this year’s Kid’s Fun Day on Friday, August 16, 2024, in its Lagos head office, where it welcomed the kids of its employees to a vibrant and exciting environment of fun, gaming, learning, and music, among other things.

One of the internal experience events that highlights Olam Agri’s status as a Top Employer in Nigeria—a distinction it has held continuously for the previous five years—is the Kid’s Fun Day. The Kids’ Fun Day is an exciting, engaging, amusing, inspiring, and immersive event that is led by the company’s Human Resources (HR) staff and offers a tonne of fun and opportunities for bonding between the company, its employees, and their children.

The children engage in enjoyable activities and communicate with each other. Drinks, snacks, and food are served, BrandSpur agricultural news desk reports. They also gain knowledge of Olam Agri’s commercial activities.
