
Leading international tobacco company, Philip Morris International (PMI) has elevated Adeleye Tejuosho to the role of Country Manager.
Tejuosho has eighteen years of experience in the FMCG and telecom industries, along with a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing and human resources.
He worked for PMI as the National Sales Manager before getting promoted. He is an accomplished company leader with a wealth of knowledge in sales, commercial planning, business strategy development, digitisation of trade tools, and consumer research and insights generation.
Tejuosho announced the elevation on LinkedIn when he penned: ”I am happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Country Manager at Philip Morris International.”
Continuing, as National Sales Manager, he oversaw the distribution partner to guarantee that in-market sales and projected shipments were fulfilled. To help the distributor meet its business goals, he also made sure that its field sales team had the tools necessary to do so.
Tejuosho was also the Manager of Research at Airtel Nigeria, where he implemented an online monitoring system that helped Airtel acquire information on itself, its goods, rivals, and the market. This procedure increased Airtel’s customer offers and decision-making.
Additionally, he worked for British American Tobacco (BAT) in a role that focused on research and insights in strategic planning. Tejuosho has an MSc in Personnel Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Yaba College of Technology, BrandSpur national brand news reports.
