With its captivating and exciting events, VerveLife has drawn fitness enthusiasts with its constant raising of the bar in Nigeria’s and Africa’s fitness sector since its founding in 2018. Verve’s steadfast dedication to encouraging healthy living among its cardholders and the larger community is demonstrated with VerveLife 7.0.

With over 12,000 participants each year from West and East Africa, VerveLife has developed rapidly over the years and is now regarded as the largest fitness event in Africa, cementing its status as a key event in the continent’s fitness calendar.

With a fantastic lineup of satellite events scheduled for major cities in Nigeria, Uganda, and Kenya this year, VerveLife is growing.

This year’s events culminate on November 2, 2024, in Lagos, with the big finale and after-party held there. The first event took place in Asaba, and VerveLife events followed in Uyo, Enugu, Ibadan, Abuja, Kampala, and Nairobi.

Speaking about the occasion, Verve has painstakingly organized several exclusive health and exercise classes that are suitable for people of all fitness levels, according to Tomi Ogunlesi, Divisional Head of Brands and Communications at Interswitch Group.

According to him: “We are very excited to bring VerveLife back for its seventh edition. This year, we are not only deepening our footprint in Nigeria, Uganda, and Kenya but also enhancing the overall experience for participants with guest appearances by top trainers from around the world.
