The Commonwealth Foundation has opened applications for its £30,000 2025 Grants Program, which targets civil society organisations in Commonwealth countries and facilitates positive engagements between these organisations and policymakers.
The core objective of the program is to enhance the role of civil societies in policy development and implementation with a major focus on three priority themes: Health Justice, Freedom of Expression, and Climate Justice.

- The candidates must be civil society organisations that are non-profit and have at least three years of experience in lobbying and governance.
- A Commonwealth country must register the civil society organisation.
- The candidate needs to be able to discuss at least one of the top priorities of the Commonwealth Foundation.
- IELTS is not necessary.
- Projects that are anticipated to begin between August 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025 shall be proposed by the applicant.
- Applications must be submitted by October 24, 2024.
