
Celebrating excellence in leadership; Mojisola Ologe, a prominent risk management practitioner, has won The Peak Performer FEST 2024 Admirable Woman in Leadership Award. The TPP FEST 2024 event, which was hosted at the MUSON Centre in Onikan, Lagos, brought together female executives from a range of businesses.
The theme “Enhancing Women Leadership with the Magic of Emotional Intelligence” recognized exceptional women in society and promoted leadership abilities, international connections, and well-being while also highlighting crucial behavioral insights and strategies for women to succeed in their careers and business endeavors.
Ologe has over 20 years of expertise in risk management, technology, and cybersecurity. She has led the charge in securing vital infrastructure in the banking and technology industries. Her extensive knowledge of audit, legal compliance, and cutting-edge risk management techniques has boosted operational excellence and built organisational resilience, solidifying her position as a reliable authority in the industry.
The risk management Professional has led innovative cybersecurity projects with results that adhere to international standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Her strategic stewardship has driven the deployment of advanced security controls, threat assessment methodologies, and incident response frameworks, considerably boosting organizational resilience against evolving cyber threats.
Beyond her professional experience, Mrs Ologe is a fervent supporter of women in cybersecurity, a historically male-dominated industry, and mentoring them in this regard. Her work has influenced Nigeria’s technological landscape to become more inclusive.
