The analyst firm Juniper Research has ranked the global cloud communications platform Infobip as one of the Established Leaders in RCS Business Messaging.
Infobip has been acknowledged for its outstanding product and location, as well as its increased capacity and capability, in Juniper Research’s RCS Business Messaging Competitor Leaderboard 2024.
Juniper Research rates vendors based on several criteria, such as their geographic reach, the strength of their alliances, their RCS value-added services, their noteworthy RCS deployments, and their level of innovation. Because of its robust presence in the worldwide messaging market and its RCS deployments in areas where the analyst anticipates growth, the analyst placed Infobip as the top provider out of 17 vendors.
The first communications platform in America with an operational RCS platform linked to telecom carriers is Infobip. Verizon is one of its carriers, and others will be added soon. Research notes on Juniper Value-added services from Infobip, such as its conversational AI, People CDP, and CPaaS X solutions, complement its messaging portfolio.
