In a recent interview accessed by BrandSpur national news desk, Ms. Boma Harrison, Head of Marketing, Rites Foods Limited, revealed that the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is anticipated to experience remarkable growth in 2025, driven by innovation, increased consumer demand, and expanded market reach.
Ms. Harrison said that though the future is uncertain, it appears that GDP may rise more favourably. She went on to say: “We might have better overall cash flow. And if this trickles down to consumers, it means that they will have a better disposable income. So we do expect some slight growth from the industry. But more or less, give or take, it will mirror 2024, just given all the external macroeconomics factors.”
Continuing, she also discussed how technology is influencing the industry’s growth, outlining how e-commerce platforms, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing tactics can help businesses engage with customers more successfully.
However, according to her prediction, businesses that are nimble and fast to adjust will be at the forefront of seizing new chances as technology becomes more interwoven into the sector’s operations.
