Held in Lagos, Coscharis Motors Plc, a Coscharis Group affiliate, received several medals at the 2024 Nigerian Auto Journalists Association (NAJA). One of Range Rover Autobiography’s iconic luxury brands, Range Rover Autobiography, was named the “Nigeria Luxury SUV” of the year at the awards that featured crème-dela-crèmy in the industry on-site.

The company received the accolades as the “Multi-Luxury Company of the Year.” Based on the many luxury brands in their strong brand portfolio, Coscharis Motors over the years has become a household name when it comes to top-notch globally respected luxury automobile brands in Nigeria, according to a statement made by General Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications, Coscharis Group, Abiona Babarinde, available to BrandSpur news brand.

Over many years, the company has exclusively represented the German pride in the luxury market of the BMW brand and the British renowned luxury brand of the Jaguar Land Rover in Nigeria. The business also included the Grenadier from the Ineos group in the UK into the Nigerian market, another new luxury brand from the United Kingdom. Globally, the Grenadier is a brand-new product that Coscharis Motors is likewise showcasing in Nigeria as a new addition to its current “House of Luxury” when it comes to reputable vehicles.

Other tested luxury brands fiercely challenged the category of luxury SUV, but the Range Rover Autobiography came first among all things considering market approval in all respects.

Babarinde dedicated the award to all Coscharis Motors customers, especially the luxury brand aficionados, for their acceptance of all the luxury brands in the Portfolio, namely the Jaguar LandRover, BMW, and the new Grenadier, respectively, as their preferred luxury vehicle of choice. Coscharis Motors was the recipient of the award on behalf of all the customers. He clarified that while keeping the worldwide level of brand positioning to discerning consumers in the dynamic Nigerian market, the accolades merely verified the company’s ability to provide excellent luxury experiences to its premium customers.

Josiah Samuel, Group Managing Director of Coscharis Motors Plc, also presented the awards to Coscharis Motors Plc’s devoted consumers for their brand acceptance and patronage, therefore guaranteeing the ongoing creation of greater value in the automotive sector in Nigeria.

According to him: “There can’t be another best way to end the business year in 2024 than with this set of prestigious awards despite all the business challenges in the year and, more importantly, that the awards are coming from a very critical stakeholder/partner like the media.”

The award ceremony expectedly drew different actors in the Nigerian automobile industry, therefore including several stakeholders. To win the much-desired 2024 car-of-the-year accolade, Mikano Motors’ Changan CS55 overcame Toyota Corolla and Kia Rio.

While Toyota Nigeria Limited (TNL) and MD/CEO of Lanre Shittu Motors (LSM) were named “Auto Company of the Decade” and “Auto Personality of the Year respectively,” Globe Motors emerged as the “Most Resilient Company of the Year.”

Chief Chidi Anyaegbu MFR (Founder, Chisco Motors) was named the Transport Icon of the Year while CFAO earned the Outstanding After-Sale Service, Product Launches of the Year with the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and Suzuki Vitara.
