Shettima, Other Prominent Nigerians Attend First Bank’s 40-Storey Headquarter Launch In Lagos

Leading other distinguished Nigerians to the groundbreaking ceremony for First Bank‘s new 40-story headquarters in Lagos’ Eko Atlantic City on Wednesday was Vice President Kashim Shettima.

Femi Otedola, the Chairman of the First Holding Company and a businessman, welcomed the vice president. Alongside Mr. Shettima, other dignitaries included former Senate President Bukola Saraki, Aliko Dangote, the founder of Dangote Industries, Gilbert and Roland Chagoury, co-founders of the Chagoury Group, Deji Adeleke, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, and Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.

According to BrandSpur banking and finance news desk, the project represents an important turning point for the financial organization and is expected to become Nigeria’s tallest building.

According to the bank, FirstBank’s dedication to quality, innovation, and client happiness is reaffirmed by the groundbreaking ceremony, which marks the start of a revolutionary journey. The new headquarters is designed with sustainability in mind, with a green-certified building that lowers operating costs and positions FirstBank as a leader in sustainable banking practices, it continued.
