The Stanbic IBTC Digital Graduate Trainee Program (DigiTAP) for 2025 is now accepting applications. The Stanbic IBTC Digital Graduate Trainee Program offers young individuals who are industrious, resourceful, and passionate about advancing their careers a special chance.

“Identification and attraction of unique digitally savvy candidates, equip and position them to be able to drive the future digital and technology objectives of Stanbic IBTC Group” is the program’s stated goal.

Eligibility:

  • The candidate must have completed an information technology course or another discipline at a recognised university with at least a second-class upper or its equivalent.
  • The candidate must have earned at least five O’level credits in GCE, NECO, or its equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
  • During the application period, the applicant must not be older than 26.
  • The candidate must have earned their discharge certificate and finished the required NYSC program.
  • The candidate must explicitly identify their gender, date of birth and degree class.
  • You must have outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
