In response to a notification of a purported privacy violation involving one of its former contact centre agents, Access Bank has taken action.

Recall that a former quality assurance expert at Access Bank’s contact centre in Oniru, Lagos State, named Stephen Ifeanyichukwu Ejezie was accused of recording naked coworkers in the workplace. In response, the bank said in a statement on Sunday that the situation has been turned over to the relevant authorities for a thorough investigation.

While restating its zero-tolerance policy for harassment and privacy violations, Access Bank promised that it is working with the impacted employees to offer them all the help they need.

According to its statement available to BrandSpur banking and finance news desk: “Our attention has been drawn to reports circulating on social media regarding an alleged offence involving a former Contact Centre Agent.
