A new identity and philosophy have been unveiled by Jaiz Bank, a non-interest financial institution in Nigeria.
The bank claims that the updated identity reflects its transformation and ambitious goals, indicating its determination to create a customer-focused, flexible, inclusive, and future-ready financial institution. The updated logo and colour scheme will be effective on August 19, 2025. The new hues – deep blue, yellow, and grey; stand for professionalism, energy, optimism, trust, stability, balance, and sophistication.
As part of its renewed commitment to empowering people, businesses, and communities, the bank stressed that this strategic transformation represents a major turning point in its efforts to improve customer service, speed up digital innovation, and increase its presence in the financial services industry. The bank recorded a profit after tax of N14.45 billion in the first half of 2024, a substantial improvement over the N7.62 billion it delivered during the same period.
BrandSpur banking and finance news desk reports that this announcement of the new identity comes after a strong first half of the year. The bank’s ability to generate value for shareholders is demonstrated by the increase in retained earnings to N15.7 billion and fee and commission income to N2.44 billion from N0.90 billion year over year.

While the bank’s corporate structure and regulatory status remain unchanged, the new colour and logo are being used throughout the bank’s digital channels, customer touchpoints, and communication materials.
