Olam Agri has once again been recognised as a Top Employer in Nigeria and across Africa for 2026, reinforcing its position as one of the continent’s leading organisations for people-focused workplace excellence.
The recognition, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, marks the sixth consecutive year the agribusiness giant has earned the prestigious certification. The honour reflects Olam Agri’s consistent investment in structured human capital development, employee wellbeing, inclusive work culture and long-term career growth.
Beyond Nigeria, the company also secured Top Employer certification across multiple markets, including Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Mozambique, Senegal, South Africa, Australia, Switzerland and the Netherlands. This wide geographic recognition highlights Olam Agri’s ability to maintain uniform people standards across diverse operational environments.
According to Brandspur Brand News Desk, the certification process is based on a comprehensive assessment of organisations’ human resource policies, covering areas such as people strategy, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, workplace environment and employee wellbeing.
Speaking on the achievement, Jaideep Biswas, Senior Vice President and Regional Head of Human Resources at Olam Agri, said the recognition reflects deliberate and sustained efforts to build a motivated and high-performing workforce. He noted that employees remain central to the company’s success, adding that continuous learning, engagement and shared values are embedded in its operations.
