AAJ Express Logistics Appoints Adebisi Peters As Head Of Brand Communications And Marketing In 2026

AAJ Express Logistics has appointed brand transformation strategist Adebisi Peters as its new Head of Brand Communications and Marketing, following a restructuring of its Commercial Department aimed at strengthening the company’s market position, customer engagement and overall brand strategy.

Effective from July 2026, Peters will lead the company’s branding, marketing, communications and creative functions under a six-month executive transformation engagement designed to enhance brand equity, support commercial growth and align communication strategies with the organisation’s long-term business objectives.

According to Brandspur Brand News, the appointment reflects AAJ Express Logistics’ focus on engaging specialist leadership to drive strategic transformation rather than relying on traditional long-term executive roles. The company expects Peters to oversee integrated marketing campaigns, corporate communications, media relations, brand consistency and customer acquisition initiatives while working closely with the commercial leadership team to accelerate market expansion.

Before joining AAJ Express Logistics, Peters built a reputation as a communications and brand strategist through his agency, The Kreativo, where he advised organisations across logistics, technology, education, media and development sectors on brand positioning, public relations, integrated marketing communications and strategic storytelling. His professional experience also includes communications consulting on the Girls’ Education and Skills Partnership programme and leading creative campaigns linked to youth development and climate advocacy initiatives.

In his new position, Peters is expected to develop integrated brand strategies, strengthen the company’s public image, manage creative campaigns and implement communication systems that support revenue growth and long-term customer relationships. His appointment comes as more businesses seek experienced transformation leaders capable of delivering measurable commercial and reputational outcomes within defined project timelines.

The latest leadership move reflects a broader trend across African businesses, where organisations are increasingly prioritising strategic communications, brand reputation and customer experience as key drivers of competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets.
