iLotBet Presents N150 Million House To 2026 World Cup Promo Winner, Promises Bigger Rewards

Digital gaming platform iLotBet has presented a N150 million luxury house to Sokoto businessman Samuel Nneke, the grand prize winner of its 2026 FIFA World Cup promotional campaign, reinforcing the company’s commitment to rewarding customers while expanding its presence in Nigeria’s gaming industry.

The prize presentation took place at the Marriott Hotel in GRA, Ikeja, Lagos, in the presence of industry regulators, business partners, members of the media and customers. The latest reward marks iLotBet’s third major promotional giveaway in four years, following previous campaigns that featured vehicle prizes.

Speaking at the event, iLotBet’s Managing Director, Uma Ntima, said the company has remained committed to providing a fully digital gaming platform since its launch during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Brandspur Brand News, he noted that the company continues to invest in technology, customer engagement and responsible gaming while creating employment opportunities across its operations.

Ntima explained that the decision to offer a house as the grand prize reflected the company’s desire to provide winners with long-term value rather than temporary rewards. He also reiterated that iLotBet operates under regulatory guidelines, restricting participation to individuals aged 18 and above, while offering self-exclusion tools to encourage responsible gaming.

The company’s management also highlighted ongoing investments in cybersecurity, stating that customer financial and personal data are protected through advanced technology infrastructure designed to safeguard the platform against digital threats.

Officials from regulatory agencies who attended the presentation affirmed that the promotion complied with established gaming regulations. Representatives of the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority and the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission said the exercise was transparent and monitored to ensure the grand prize was delivered as promised.

Receiving the keys to the property, Nneke described the win as life-changing, saying he joined the promotion after seeing an advertisement during the World Cup and never imagined he would become a property owner in Lagos. He added that he had spent only a fraction of the value of the prize through his participation on the platform.

Senior Manager at iLotBet, Stephen Ogundipe, said the company remains focused on building a secure and innovative gaming ecosystem while supporting grassroots sports development and expanding customer reward programmes. He disclosed that iLotBet plans to introduce even larger promotional campaigns in the coming years as part of its long-term growth strategy in Nigeria’s regulated gaming market.
