Revolut has unveiled a new partnership with OpenAI that will give millions of its retail customers complimentary access to ChatGPT Go, expanding the fintech firm’s range of digital subscription benefits beyond banking services. The offer, which varies by account tier, is designed to help customers use advanced artificial intelligence tools for work, study, travel planning, personal organisation and business tasks without paying a separate subscription fee.
The collaboration will see eligible Revolut users receive between three and 12 months of ChatGPT Go, depending on their subscription plan. Customers on Ultra and Metal plans will receive 12 months of access, while Premium, Revolut Pro and Revolut Mobile users will be eligible for six months. Standard and Plus customers will receive a promotional three-month offer.
The partnership comes as demand for AI-powered productivity tools continues to grow globally, with ChatGPT now used by hundreds of millions of people each week for writing, research, learning, coding and everyday problem-solving. Brandspur Banking News Desk reports that the agreement also reflects increasing collaboration between financial technology firms and artificial intelligence providers as companies compete to add more value to premium customer plans.
Subscribers granted access to ChatGPT Go will benefit from expanded usage limits, increased file upload capacity, document analysis features, image generation capabilities and memory functions that allow the AI to provide more personalised assistance across conversations. These features are aimed at users who require more advanced AI capabilities than those available on the free tier.
Revolut said the latest initiative is intended to simplify subscription management by combining multiple premium digital services within a single membership package instead of requiring customers to pay for separate monthly subscriptions.
The company confirmed that ChatGPT Go benefits for paid Revolut plans, including Revolut Pro and Revolut Mobile, are available immediately, while promotional offers for eligible Standard and Plus customers will begin rolling out in the coming weeks. The announcement follows OpenAI’s release of its latest GPT-5.6 family of models, underscoring the growing role of artificial intelligence in consumer financial services and everyday digital experiences.
