Further to our earlier notice dated February 1, 2019, to The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange) regarding the date of our Board meeting and closed period of Africa Prudential Plc (the Company), we write to notify The Exchange, our stakeholders and the investing public that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was earlier scheduled to hold on Monday, February 25, 2019, has now been brought forward to Tuesday, February 19, 2019, to consider amongst other things, the Audited Accounts and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2018, and proposal for dividend.
Please note that the closed period of the Company remains the same, from February 6, 2019, until 24 hours after the Audited financial statements have been
filed with The Exchange.
