At the meeting the Company’s accounts for the year ended 31st December 2018 will be considered; it is also expected that the issue of the dividend will be discussed.
Consequently, the company has commenced a closed period from 25 February 2019 until 24 hours after the release of the accounts to the public. During this period all Directors and insiders of BOC Gases Nigeria Plc are restricted from transacting in the shares of the Company
