Unilever Nigeria Plc has announced to pay a final dividend of N8,617,508,125.50, N1.50 kobo per 50k ordinary share for the period ended Monday, December 31, 2018.
The dividend payment is subject to appropriate withholding tax and would be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of Friday 12 April 2019.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday 15 April 2019 to Tuesday, 23 April 2019 (both dates inclusive).
On Friday, 10 May 2019, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday, 12 April 2019; and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our website: https://www.unilevernigeria.com/investor-relations/financial-resultsand-reports/ complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
