GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Nigeria Plc has announced to pay a final dividend of 50 k per 50kobo ordinary share for the period ended Monday, December 31, 2018.
The dividend payment is subject to appropriate withholding tax and would be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of 23rd April 2019.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Wednesday 24th April 2019 to Monday 6th May 2019 (both dates inclusive).
On 24th May 2019, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 23rd April 2019; and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

Meanwhile, GlaxoSmithKline Nigeria Consumer Plc recorded revenue of N18.4 billion for 2018, as against N16 billion in 2017. Profit before tax stood at N1.1 billion as against N1.1 billion in 2017, while profit after tax stood at N617.6 million as against N486.4 million in 2017.
