Cornerstone insurance PLC (the “Company”), wishes to inform its esteemed shareholders,
stakeholders, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (“The Exchange”) and the general public that
following the Company’s Board approvals, the sale of the Company’s property situate at Oba Yesufu Abiodun Road, Victoria Island, Lagos held by a Special Purpose Vehicle (Cap Phoenix Cornerstone Limited), has been finalized.

The property was jointly owned in partnership with Capital Alliance Property investment
Company Limited and FIN Insurance Company Limited.
