We write to notify the Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), our stakeholders and the investing public that the meeting of the Board of Directors of NEM Insurance Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 26th of February 2020 to consider amongst other things, the Audited Accounts and Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2019.
Consequently, in compliance with the Rule Book of the Exchange, there will be a closed period commencing from Monday, 3rd February 2020 until 24 hours after the Audited Accounts and Financial Statements have been filed with the Exchange.
The closed period is applicable to all Directors, Senior Managers and other interested parties that may at any time possess sensitive information that materially affects the price of securities of the company.
