In line with Rule 1.1 of the Rules Relating to Board Meetings and General Meetings of Issuers, Cornerstone Insurance PLC (“The Company”) wishes to inform its esteemed Shareholders, Stakeholders, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (“The Exchange”) and the general public that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on 20th February 2020, the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2019 (2019 AFS) was duly considered and approved.

Consequently, the Board approved 2019 AFS will be forwarded to the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) for its approval in line with regulatory requirements after which the Accounts will be released to the public through The Exchange.
