Suru Homes Limited has joined the group of kind-hearted citizens and organisations in the State by donating an Industrial Washing Machine to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) in support of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
Receiving the donated item on behalf of the Chief Medical Director of LASUTH, Prof. Adetokunbo O. Fabamwo and the entire management staff, Dr Adebowale Adekoya, Head of Medicine Department expressed his appreciation to Suru Group for the kind gesture.
He explained that the industrial washing machine will be very useful during this global pandemic and called on other well-meaning Nigerians to also support the State Government, through the Hospital, in its ongoing battle to contain the spread of the Coronavirus disease in Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole.
While delivering the equipment to the management of the hospital, the Director, Suru Homes, Mr Babatunde Okoya said the donation is meant to appreciate and aid the hospital as well as its frontline health workers as they risk their lives daily to provide essential health services to the public.
