The management of Eterna Plc has disclosed that Nnamdi Obiagwu (Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer) purchased ordinary shares of 86,200 at N2.45 per share on September 8, 2020.
In a statement signed by Bunmi Agagu, Company Secretary and released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the company said the transaction took place at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos, Nigeria.
Last month, Nnamdi Obiagwu, 200,000 shares (N1.90 per share) of the company in accordance with the Nigerian Stock Exchange policy on insider dealing.
Q2 2020 Results
Recently, Eterna Plc released its Q2 2020 Unaudited results for the period ended June 30th, 2020. A glance at the company’s financials revealed that its revenue declined by -81.7% to N28.5bn from N155.8bn in the previous quarter.
The company declared N67m Loss in Q2 2020 while its profit before tax declined by 56.5% to N72m. Also, net Assets declined by -0.5% from N12.4bn to N12.3bn.
