Livestock Feeds Plc wishes to inform The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the general public that the Board of Livestock Feeds Plc has approved the appointment of Mr. Adegboyega Adedeji as the substantive Managing Director of the Company with effect from 2nd October 2020.
Before his appointment as the Managing Director, Mr. Adedeji was the Acting Managing Director of the Company since August 2019.
Brief Profile
He was formerly the General Manager, Sales and Operations responsible for all sales activities and the strategic development of the Company’s markets, along with new products portfolio generation and development. Mr. Adedeji holds a B.Sc. in (Geography – 1996) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and an (MBA -2018) from the University of Roehampton UK, respectively.
He was the Regional Sales Manager of Grand Cereals Limited in January 2001 and later became Procurement Manager in October 2002 before he was transferred to UACN Plc in July 2007 as the Training Services Manager, a position he held till September 2009. Ile was transferred to UAC Restaurant (a division of UAC) as Franchise Sales Manager between October 2009 and November 2010.
In December 2010, he became the National Sales & Marketing Manager UAC Diaries (a division of UACN Plc). In 2011, after the integration with Tiger Foods of South Africa, he became the Sales Operations Manager of UAC Foods Limited and later became Regional Sales Manager in January 2013 – March 2014. Mr. Adedeji was appointed to the position of General Manager (Sales and Marketing) in Livestock Feeds on March 2014.
Fie has attended several management courses and training both locally and internationally in the USA, France, Ghana and South Africa.
