In summary, the All-Share Index (ASI) gained 277.25 absolute points, representing an increase of 0.90% to close at 31,016.17 points, Likewise, the overall Market Capitalization value also gained N144.87 billion, representing an increase of 0.90% to close at N16.206 trillion.
ETI emerged top of the gainers’ table today, while MANSARD emerged top of the gainers’ chart.
The uptrend was impacted by gains recorded in large and medium capitalized stocks, amongst which are; ETI (+9.80%), TRANSCORP (+8.97%), CHIPLC (+8.82%), WEMABANK (+6.67%), FBNH (+6.20%), DANGSUGAR (+6.11%) GUINNESS (+5.74%), GUARANTY (+3.72%), UCAP (+3.70%), DANGCEM (+3.25%), and ACCESS (+3.25%).
