Shareholders of NPF Microfinance Bank Plc will receive 20 kobo for every share of the company in their portfolio on Thursday, May 27, 2021, the board has confirmed.
The payment is the dividend recommended by the board for the financial year ended December 31, 2020, a notice from the organisation disclosed.
In the disclosure from the firm, Brand Spur reported that the payment would be made to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as at the close of business on May 6, 2021.
