The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) has confirmed the appointment of Mr. Bukola Afriogun as the new Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Bank which takes effect from 30th of October, 2021.
The appointment was confirmed by the Company’s Secretary, Mrs. Tolu Osho, following the resignation of the former CFO- Mr Samson Agbaka, whose resignation became effective from 30th of October 2021.
The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. Some of the products offered by the bank include; fund management, mortgage finance, electronic banking, etc.
With 15 years of cognate experience Bukola Afriogun is a Chartered Accountant by training with hands-on experience in financial management and leadership.
Prior to the recent appointment, Bukola was the Deputy CFO of the Bank. He also served as a former CFO of Hasal Microfinance Bank Limited.
