
Customers of Unity Bank have redeemed more than 4 million Naira in cash rewards through the company’s ongoing loyalty programme, which was launched in conjunction with Cash Token, a provider of cash incentives as a service.
The banking and finance news shows that at least forty consumers who used the Bank’s digital banking platforms—such as the UniFi mobile banking app, the *7799# USSD platform, or the Unity Bank Verve Card to make purchases at e-payment terminals located all throughout Nigeria—were among the winners.
Continuing, to emphasise the advantages of e-banking systems, the Unity Bank Cash Token Partnership started as a loyalty and incentive programme during the onboarding phase of our customer life cycle. To be eligible for the monthly Cash Token Rewards draw, customers must first earn cash tokens through their transactions. As a result, winners come out of the draws to take home the cash awards.
