Despite the difficult economic times, Ace Real Estate Development Limited’s founder and CEO, Ayobami Akindipe, has stated that his company will remain committed to its main objective of offering many Nigerians high-quality, reasonably priced luxury houses.
When he founded his business, Akindipe stated that his initial goal was to give Nigerians excellent homes; this goal is still very much in effect today. Ace Real Estate Development Limited was formed and institutionalised by Ayobami in 2020, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company has changed over the last four years, moving from primarily selling land to other real estate development activities such as building, providing housing, and offering general real estate consultancy and management services.
Ayobami’s Ace Real Estate, having only been in business for four years, has already been granted multiple land allocations at different places and is shortly to construct three upmarket residences in Lagos: Number 31, 78 Residence, Two3Four Residence, and the soon-to-be-completed big project at Orange Island. These opulent real estate projects may be found in Victoria Garden City, Lekki Phase 1, Ikate, and other affluent areas of Lagos.
Ace City, Vision City, Crystal City, Prime City, Domaine City, and many more were delivered by the team under Ayobami’s leadership in the early days of Ace Real Estate thanks to his integrity and dedication to client satisfaction. The goals of Ayobami extend beyond the sale of gorgeous homes and land. It covers the whole real estate industry ecosystem, culminating in the 2022 opening of Ace Academy.
Training young people to take advantage of many business prospects in the real estate sector is the academy’s job. In just two years since its founding, Ace Academy has given over 20,000 Nigerians free training and certification, as well as the necessary skills to launch their own businesses or develop other sources of income.
Born in Lagos 27 years ago, Ayobami Akindipe’s story is one of tenacity and willpower. Many obstacles have stood in his way, but he has managed to turn them into opportunities. Ayobami was unable to continue his education and was forced to quit.
He has worked in a variety of occupations both before and after that to make ends meet and pursue bigger goals. He started taking pictures at the age of 8 after receiving a brand-new digital camera, BrandSpur digital news platform reports.
Using it on the streets, he snapped images of individuals and printed them out for small sums. He was working as a mason by the age of 13, and at 15, he went back to photography and started a filmmaking career. He worked as a graphic designer, a street vendor of beverages, and a market vendor of yam flour during his adolescence.
As a young man attempting to make ends meet and pursue a meaningful goal, Ayobami has done about everything one might imagine. After he had done so much and sought guidance, real estate appeared to him as a vision from God. It was really difficult for him to start his firm, particularly in terms of raising money. But he overcame them all with unwavering resolve, and he has continued to go despite all of the challenges.
Continuing, Ayobami has persisted in leaving reputable real estate landmarks around Lagos, especially, and sections of Abuja. These landmarks have not only enhanced the skylines of these cities but also given investors peace of mind.
Ayobami, who was born in 1997 into the Akindipe family in Ondo State, southwest Nigeria, completed his elementary and secondary schooling in Lagos before enrolling in Kogi State University’s law program. Since then, he has relentlessly followed his dream of working in the real estate sector, producing exceptional outcomes and offering a forum for the empowerment and development of young people.
At the Young Entrepreneurs International Summit in Lagos, Ayobami was honoured to receive the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, a recognition of his many accomplishments in the real estate sector. Ayobami also won awards a few years ago from the Nigeria Youth Advocacy for Good Governance Initiative, the ECOWAS Youth Council, the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity, the Icon of Societal Transformation by the National Association of University Students, and more.
At just 27 years old, Ayobami is the youthful monarch controlling Nigeria’s real estate sector. He has generated over 2,000 indirect jobs in addition to 54 direct jobs.
