A statement made by Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited, reveals its subscribers will participate in a preliminary allocation exercise during which they will receive their provisional allocation paperwork.
The exercise is set to take place in the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, Post Service Estate, Lasu-Ojo, Lagos, on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
The company said in a statement available to BrandSpur national news stories, that was signed by Funmi Odetola, Head of Marketing: “Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited is delighted to announce its upcoming Provisional Allocation Exercise and extend an invitation to the general public, particularly to subscribers who have completed at least 70% of payments for their subscribed spaces.”
Continuing, it stated: “At the event, qualifying subscribers will be presented with their provisional allocation documents and are encouraged to gradually move into their spaces as construction on the first phase has been successfully completed.
“We encourage all interested subscribers who wish to partake in this allocation exercise to ensure that any outstanding payments are settled promptly in order to secure their allotted spaces.
