As part of its flagship project, the 3 Million Technical Talent Programme (3MTT), the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy (FMCIDE) has partnered with Aleph Group, a leading global enabler of digital advertising, to equip over 2,600 Nigerian youth with essential skills for digital advertising.
Young Nigerians will get access to Aleph’s Digital Ad Expert (DAE) curriculum as a result of this partnership, giving them the knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in the current digital environment.
Aleph Group facilitates engagement on over 45 of the world’s most popular digital platforms, including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Pinterest, Reddit, Snap, Spotify, TikTok, Twitch, Uber, X, and more. Aleph Group links advertisers with consumers across over 130 emerging markets.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu wants to create 2 million digital employment by 2025. The DAE program trains a large number of participants swiftly and efficiently, assisting in the growth of Nigeria’s digital economy.
According to Francis Sani, the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy’s Special Adviser on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Capital: “Teaching our youth digital advertising skills is crucial for advancing Nigeria’s economy in the digital age.”
Continuing, Stanislaus Martins, Managing Director for West Africa at Aleph Group, disclosed: “The programme will be offered in both live and self-paced formats, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for participants across the country.”

According to Aleph Group CEO and Founder, Gaston Taratuta: “This collaboration aligns with our mission to foster innovation and create opportunities for young people to thrive in the global digital economy. It will empower the next generation of Nigerian digital leaders.”
This cooperation is expected to more than double the number of DAE participants in Nigeria, with an initial cohort of over 2,600 people.
The DAE is a great way to narrow Nigeria’s digital skills gap because of its emphasis on transferable, industry-relevant skills.
Graduates will be awarded a globally acknowledged Digital Ad Expert credential upon successful completion of the program, giving them access to Aleph’s vast alumni network and intriguing employment options in the digital advertising sector. Through its DAE program, Aleph Group hopes to train 800,000 students throughout the continent; this cooperation is a major step towards that goal.
