At the second Ibadan Tech Summit, ALX Nigeria—Africa’s top tech career accelerator—made a big impression. Thousands of young professionals, startups, and IT enthusiasts attended the event in Ibadan, Oyo State, and ALX was one of the primary sponsors.
The objective of the summit, which was sponsored by the Oyo State Government, was to enhance the tech ecosystem in the area and establish Ibadan as one of Africa’s fastest-growing innovation hubs.
The Summit brought together stakeholders dedicated to advancing technology breakthroughs in the region and beyond, providing an essential forum for information sharing and cooperation, BrandSpur technology and information news reports.
ALX Nigeria’s Country Marketing Manager, Seun Babajide Duroshola, spoke on behalf of the company at a panel that addressed methods for promoting innovation and expansion in Oyo State’s digital sector. He emphasised the distinctive program structure of ALX Africa, which fosters networking and cooperation within its community-focused framework while providing participants with pertinent IT skills.
According to him: “ALX ensures that participants never feel isolated by creating an active tech community in each state across Nigeria.”
Continuing, he revealed: “We aim to empower the youth to not only participate in building the tech landscape but to lead it,” he sounded in ebullience.
