The Visa Airport Companion (VAC) app, a cutting-edge digital solution created to improve airport lounge access for qualified Visa cardholders in Nigeria, has been made available by Visa, a pioneer in digital payments.
The new app, which was created in collaboration with DragonPass, a well-known worldwide travel and lifestyle service platform, will take the role of current lounge access programs on October 1, 2024. Access to over 1,200 lounges in over 140 countries is one of the many advantages of the new solution for qualified cardholders.
To guarantee a smooth registration procedure, it offers comprehensive information on participating lounge locations, real-time eligibility checks, and a breakdown of the number of visits redeemed compared to remaining eligibility. For user convenience, it also supports biometric authentication and allows offline access.
In the future, the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) app is expected to develop into a comprehensive platform that provides cardholders with additional Visa benefits. To further improve the travel experience, this includes improved airport amenities like fast track services, eating options, and spa access.
