
Osa Imasogie has been declared the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Avon HMO, a division of Heirs Holdings.
Before taking his current role, Imasogie was the Group Head of Operations at Avon HMO from July 2021 to October 2024. In this role, he led significant process improvements and digitalisation projects while supervising vital operations like Claims, Enrollment/Eligibility, and the Contact Centre.
Avon HMO posted on its LinkedIn page: “For us, this is a leadership change, but our mission remains the same; together, we continue carrying out our mission of empowering people to live healthier, fuller lives.”
Imasogie had this to say about his new appointment: “Since I joined as the Group Head of Operations in July 2021, it’s been a remarkable journey working alongside a driven and dedicated team, and I’m excited to continue building on our milestones and enviable achievements. As I take on this new role, I want to reaffirm our mission to empower people to live healthier fuller lives and to be there for our members and clients every step of the way. Together, we’ll continue to deliver the best in health and wellness to everyone we serve.”
BrandSpur business and economy news reports that gaving worked in the banking and healthcare industries for more than 20 years, he brings extensive knowledge of operations, compliance, strategy, and project management, with more than ten of those years spent concentrating on IT-driven operations.
Imasogie has an MBA in Leadership and Management from York St. John University in the United Kingdom, a bachelor’s degree in physics from Ambrose Alli University, and other executive certifications, including Management Analytics from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He replaces Adesimbo Ukiri, the original CEO who spearheaded Avon HMO’s transformation from a 2012 start-up to the preeminent health management company it is today.
