
At the recent 2024 Customer Service Excellence Awards, Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc was awarded double accolades.
The company won the prestigious awards of Best Customer Care Insurance CEO of the Year and Insurance Brand of the Year. Customer service gave out the gold and diamond medals on Friday.
Dr. Adaobi Nwakuche, the CEO of Veritas Kapital Assurance, received the Diamond Award for Outstanding CEO Leadership. On behalf of Dr Nwakuche, the company was given the Gold Award for Outstanding Customer Engagement, which was accepted by Mr Godwin Agbonaye, the Regional Head of Lagos and South.
Continuing the company’s strong brand presence and customer-centric attitude were further highlighted when Mr Arinze Adigwe, Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, accepted the Gold Award for Insurance Brand of the Year.
