To present this month’s edition of Fundamentals of Marketing, the Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) has partnered with JFC Training College, a recognised training centre for data analysis in the UK.
In addition to sharing the value of data analysis in the evolving IMC sector, the event, which is slated to take place virtually on April 17, 2025, intends to increase marketing professionals’ understanding of how to stay ahead of the competition with data-driven insights. Three main topics will be covered in the April edition of the Fundamentals of Marketing, according to ADVAN: the importance of data analytics in marketing, an overview of business analysis, and data analysis in Excel, SOL, and Power BI.
Continuing, since the event is expected to have a significant influence and improve everyone’s marketing skills, ADVAN has encouraged all marketing experts to sign up. All association members are eligible to register for the event for free. The event’s organizers further claim that offering a variety of subtopics would enable all attendees to learn critical skills.
The sole organisation in Nigeria that represents the interests of “Advertisers” (corporate entities that carry out high-level marketing) is the Advertisers’ Association of Nigeria (ADVAN). ADVAN was established in 1992 to promote the marketing sector in Nigeria by establishing and enforcing international best practices and fostering cooperative relationships with pertinent parties.
As a member and member of the Executive Council of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), a group of international brands and marketing associations in more than 60 countries, ADVAN is a powerful voice of more than 70 of Nigeria’s largest organisations, representing more than 200 brands with an annual marketing budget of well over N200 billion.
