As registration opens for the 2026 UTME and Direct Entry examinations, Remita has launched enhanced digital solutions to streamline the process of obtaining JAMB ePINs for millions of Nigerian students and their families. The initiative aims to reduce friction, improve accessibility, and ensure a seamless journey into higher education.
Brandspur Banking News Desk reports that this year, Remita has expanded its platforms to allow students and parents to directly purchase JAMB ePINs through its website and mobile application.
The move provides full transaction visibility, instant access to original receipts, and the opportunity to earn rewards for every completed payment. By removing intermediaries, the system empowers users to manage their registration securely and independently.
Remita has also extended support to trusted educational partners, including schools and training institutions, enabling them to process large batches of ePINs within their own systems. This reduces operational stress, prevents exploitation, and ensures a smoother experience for candidates navigating the increasingly digital and data-driven examination environment.
Abayomi Oniku, Executive Director of Business Development at Remita, stated, “Education is the greatest investment in Nigeria’s tomorrow, and Remita will continue to ensure that payments are a bridge never a barrier to opportunity.”
Alisa Chinedu, Head of Digital Assets and Partnerships, added, “This year, we are making the JAMB ePIN experience more intuitive and human through our AI assistant and strengthened partnerships with institutions guiding students toward a prosperous future.”
Through this initiative, Remita reinforces its commitment to financial inclusion, digital access, and operational efficiency in the Nigerian education sector. By ensuring that every candidate can complete the registration process quickly and reliably, the platform supports broader national goals of educational access and digital transformation.
Candidates and educational institutions can access the 2026 JAMB ePINs and additional information via remita.net/jamb.
