Nescafé Launches New Kiosk To Boost Market Presence At Ojo Bus Terminal Ibadan

NESCAFÉ has unveiled a new kiosk at Ojo Bus Terminal in Ibadan, Oyo State, as part of its strategy to strengthen daily engagement with commuters and traders. The initiative aims to make the brand more accessible during peak morning hours, offering convenience and quality to Nigerians on the move.

Brandspur Brand News Desk reports that the kiosk, positioned at a high-traffic point within the terminal, currently offers NESCAFÉ 3-in-1 Original and Classic, with plans to expand to MILO. The move reflects NESCAFÉ’s commitment to delivering its signature beverages in locations where busy Nigerians start and end their days.

Ibraheem Awelenje, Nestlé Professional Channels Manager, explained that the activation reinforces NESCAFÉ’s mission to empower strong starts, especially in fast-paced environments like bus terminals. “This initiative demonstrates our continued focus on providing quality beverage solutions wherever Nigerians are, even on the go,” he said.

Adisa Olumide, manager of Ojo Bus Terminal, noted the positive impact of the kiosk on commuter experience. “Passengers can now enjoy quality coffee just steps from their departure points. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with customers appreciating the rich taste and prompt service that matches the fast rhythm of the terminal,” Olumide stated.

Jean-Pierre Duplan, Category Manager for Coffee at Nestlé, emphasised that the new kiosk is more than a sales point; it is a strategic extension of NESCAFÉ’s existing presence in homes, offices, and communities across Nigeria. “By situating our brand within everyday high-traffic locations, we continue to help Nigerians start strong and finish strong,” he said.

The Ojo Bus Terminal kiosk underscores NESCAFÉ’s broader market penetration strategy, which seeks to integrate the brand into the daily routines of commuters, traders, and operators, creating both convenience and brand loyalty in high-footfall areas.

This expansion highlights how beverage companies are innovating to meet the dynamic needs of Nigerian consumers, combining quality, accessibility, and engagement to reinforce market leadership.
