With over 18 years of experience across FMCG and premium spirits, Ojuolape has developed a reputation for converting brand strategy into disciplined commercial execution and impactful marketing initiatives. Her career spans leadership roles at The Edrington Group, The Coca-Cola Company, Diageo, Brian Munro Limited, Royal Bank of Canada, and British American Tobacco.

Prior to joining Stafford Irish Spirits, she served as National Head of Channel, Modern Trade & E-commerce at Diageo, where she led initiatives to strengthen channel performance and accelerate digital commerce. Her expertise also includes roles as Category & Channel Marketing Manager for Chivita|Hollandia at CHI Limited and trade marketing leadership positions at Coca-Cola HBC and Edrington portfolios, driving brand growth and market expansion.
