Carloha Nigeria Launches CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Rescue Initiative To Boost After-Sales Support In 2026

Carloha Nigeria has expanded its after-sales services with the launch of the CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Rescue Initiative, a nationwide emergency roadside assistance programme aimed at providing motorists with rapid support during vehicle breakdowns across Nigeria.

The new service offers free emergency roadside assistance through a dedicated rescue hotline, allowing trained response teams to assist stranded motorists on highways and major roads. The initiative forms part of the company’s strategy to improve customer confidence and strengthen the overall vehicle ownership experience.

According to Brandspur Brand News, the latest programme builds on Carloha Nigeria’s existing CarlohaCare 6-6-7 after-sales package, which includes a six-year manufacturer’s warranty, six years of complimentary scheduled maintenance and a seven-day repair promise that provides customers with a courtesy vehicle if qualifying repairs extend beyond seven working days.

The company said the rescue initiative extends its customer support beyond dealerships and service centres by ensuring motorists receive professional assistance whenever unexpected mechanical issues occur. While response times will depend on traffic and location, every emergency request will receive prompt attention from trained personnel.

Carloha Nigeria noted that the rescue service will also include on-site maintenance support designed to minimise vehicle downtime for individual motorists and commercial fleet operators, reinforcing the company’s commitment to dependable after-sales service.

In a move that broadens the programme’s reach, the company announced that, for a limited period, owners of non-Chery vehicles will also be eligible to access the rescue service, subject to operational capacity. However, Chery vehicle owners will continue to receive priority whenever demand is high.

The initiative reflects increasing competition within Nigeria’s automotive industry, where vehicle distributors are placing greater emphasis on customer care, reliability and long-term ownership support alongside vehicle sales. By expanding its after-sales offerings, Carloha Nigeria aims to differentiate itself in a market where service quality is becoming an increasingly important factor for consumers when choosing an automotive brand.
