Three Crowns Milk has crowned Olaide Adesina as the winner of the Three Crowns Mum of the Year 2026 competition, rewarding her with an all-expenses-paid family trip to Zanzibar, Tanzania, alongside a one-year supply of Three Crowns Milk and shopping vouchers.
The announcement was made during the grand finale of the brand’s annual wellness initiative held in Lagos, where six finalists competed after emerging from a nationwide selection process that attracted more than 150,000 valid entries from mothers across Nigeria.
The Three Crowns Mum of the Year initiative has become one of Nigeria’s leading platforms dedicated to recognising the contributions of mothers to family wellbeing and community development, Brandspur Brand News reports. Now in its eighth edition, the programme continues to promote healthy living while celebrating women whose personal stories reflect resilience, care and commitment to their families.
Omotola Ade-Onojobi finished as the first runner-up, while Hajara Omoniyi secured the second runner-up position. Both winners also received an all-expenses-paid family trip to Zanzibar, a one-year supply of Three Crowns Milk products and shopping vouchers.
The remaining finalists—Akpan Chika Cindy, Edna Kangna’an and Rita Robert Joseph—were each rewarded with a double-door refrigerator, a cash prize of ₦500,000 and a supply of Three Crowns Milk products in recognition of their participation.
This year’s finale adopted a theatre-inspired format that showcased the finalists’ life stories through dramatic performances, music and live stage presentations before the winners were announced. Media personality Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, popularly known as Kiekie, hosted the event.
The competition began with a nationwide call for entries, after which an independent panel shortlisted the most compelling stories. Ten semi-finalists progressed to a public voting stage conducted on the brand’s social media platforms before six finalists advanced to the final round.
A panel of judges evaluated contestants across several criteria, including physical wellness, emotional intelligence, mental agility and family engagement, reflecting the competition’s emphasis on holistic wellbeing.
Organisers said the initiative reinforces Three Crowns Milk’s long-standing commitment to supporting Nigerian mothers through nutrition, wellness advocacy and community-focused programmes that encourage healthier families and stronger communities.
