International Breweries Plc hereby informs The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that the Board of Directors has received the resignation of Otunba Michael Daramola as an Executive Director of the Company.
Otunba Michael Daramola had served in various capacities within the Company and has contributed immensely to the Company’s growth for about 15 years. His resignation which is effective 31 March 2020 has come on the heels of attaining the requirement for retirement from the Company.
