Heineken Brouwerijen B.V, the majority shareholder in Nigerian Breweries Plc has further raised its equity stake in the brewer with the purchase of additional 3,354,227 units (aggregate volume) at an average price of N41.16 per share.
Details of the transaction done on 8th, 9th & 11th September 2020 in Lagos via The Nigerian Stock Exchange by the foreign substantial shareholder show that it bought:
- 3,265,000 shares at N40.95
- 42,742 shares at N40.89
- 46,485 shares at N41.65
