The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has increased the Monetary Policy Rate to 13%.

Mr. Godwin Emefiele, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, made the announcement this afternoon at the conclusion of the Monetary Policy Committee meeting in Abuja.
