Applications for the Growth4Her Cohort 4 are open to women entrepreneurs who want to grow their companies. The Growth4Her platform, in collaboration with Creative Space Startups, The Learning Gate, Sociocapital Impact Group, and ActivSpaces, is implementing the accelerator program as part of efforts to reduce the gender finance gap in Africa.

Since its inception in 2022, the Growth4Her program—which has now had three cohorts—has received over 1,500 applications from women-led companies in Cameroon and Nigeria.

The program has helped more than 300 female entrepreneurs, who have reported observable advantages like:

  • Higher revenue.
  • Growth of the market through psychosocial support sessions.
  • Improved methods of corporate management.
  • To foster relationships among its alumni, Growth4Her’s close-knit community of over 500 women offers a special venue for funding, visibility, partnerships, possibilities, and cooperation.
  • By providing them with investment skills and linking them to funding sources, Cohort 4 aims to help Nigerian women entrepreneurs turn their small businesses into high-profile, fundable endeavors.
