One of Africa’s top suppliers of banking-as-a-service and fintech infrastructure, Qore, unveiled several innovative banking products aimed at revolutionizing the continent’s financial services industry.
At the second iteration of Qore’s customer experience event, NEXUS, in Lagos, accessed by BrandSpur banking and finance news, the solutions were recently introduced. Fintech innovators, regulators, industry executives, and important financial players were all present at the event. The occasion highlighted Qore’s wide range of products and innovations meant to enhance customer-focused financial services.
According to the company, its solutions are made to meet the particular banking needs of the area by providing scalable, safe, and effective services that are suitable for both individuals and companies.
Emeka Emetarom, the CEO of Qore, had this to say: “We are thrilled to host our second edition of NEXUS. Building on the success of our inaugural edition, this event allows us to display our innovative solutions alongside our strategic partnerships.
“We are committed to going above and beyond in supporting our customers to achieve remarkable growth, automate operations, and expand their service offerings, especially as 2025 approaches. The launch of Qore’s ground-breaking generative AI-powered virtual reality banking experience, which gave participants a rare chance to tour an immersive virtual bank branch, was a major highlight of NEXUS 2024. This experience, which included a cutting-edge AI customer representative, demonstrated Qore’s dedication to reinventing customer interaction and improving service provision.
A customized AI Chatbot (text and voice-enabled) card vending machine was showcased to help with customer assistance, account services, and card management in addition to the virtual bank branch. It came with a privacy-protecting headset. These card vending machines have countless applications, such as serving a market of end users who are blind or visually challenged.
A media-led panel discussion led by Perpetua Fasanmi-Peter of News Central was also part of the event. It included prominent speakers like Tolulope Adeleru-Balogun, Director of Programs at News Central TV; David Adeleke, Founder and Publisher of Communiqué; and Seyi Amao, Head of Brand Marketing and Communications at Qore.
