Fidelity Bank Plc announces deal in 72,200 Volume of shares by Mustapha Chike-Obi, a Non-executive director/Chairman, the transaction occurred on September 28, 2020, in Lagos via The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE)
In a statement released on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and signed by Ezinwa Unuigboje, Company Secretary, the company said the transaction took place 28th September 2020 at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos.
The purchased the shares at the rate of N1.92 per share.
